Use this software to convert my vitalsource textbook to PDF, but some of books I want to read them with iBooks epub. How? There are no options for me but just PDF.

Paid for a full year, worked for about 2 months and now it does not work. They do not have anyone to reply to questions or provide support.

I just downloaded the "free" trial version and I'm not able to view even 1 page of the ebook. The software states that in order to see the rest of the book I must download the full version. Well since I had no choice,I attempted to download the full version. Now it says ' We are updating Epubor VitalSource Downloader now. Please check back later!' So now I am stuck. What kind of program is this anyway? Since when is viewing 5 pages of an entire book considered as a free trial? This is nothing but a teaser.I feel as if I've been duped into buying the full version which isn't even available. I'm not a happy camper right now.

Since there is a bug in Epubor vitalsource downloader, so we stop the buying to protect our customers's interest. Once the bug has been fixed, we will release a new version for trial and buying.

I bought the program full life license and I could download only 2 books from my library. After the upgrade I could not download a new book I bought. I could only download it with several pages missing, and instead of the real pages there is a message saing "please refresh you browser" and a picture of a robot on this missing page. I opened a ticket complaint and they answed me to wait for a couple of days to fix a bug on the software, but didn't told me how many days I should wait. I hope that they fix it, because I payed for the full time life license.
